Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico using USPS. Shipping charge is $8.00 flat rate.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on USPS delays or weather conditions.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Local Pickup (Optional)

We offer free local pickup at Premium Outlets, Barceloneta, PR. You’ll receive a notification with instructions of pickup once your order is ready. Typically within 1-2 business days. STAY TUNED TO YOUR EMAIL.

Lost or Delayed Packages

via Estela Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after being shipped. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
